Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Vacancy 2080:

The following positions need to be filled through open competition for the branch offices of Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, with a national-level work area and a central office in Banepa Municipality-13, Bhaisepati, Kavre, having obtained a Class D license from Nepal Rastra Bank. Interested and eligible Nepali citizens are invited to apply within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

1. Position: Supervisor/ Senior Assistant (Branch Head)

Level: Assistant Level

Required No.: 3 (Three)

Required Minimum Qualification: Passed bachelor level with at least two years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution or passed the proficiency certificate level with three years of work experience in a microfinance financial institution

2. Position: Assistant

Level: Assistant Level

Required No.: 3 (Three)

Required Minimum Qualification: Proficiency Certificate Level or Plus passed with two years of work experience in a Microfinance Financial Institution as a junior assistant. Willingness to work in rural areas is a must.

3. Position: Junior Assistant

Level: Assistant Level

Required No.: 5 (Five)

Required Minimum Qualification: Passed SLC or equivalent with one year of working experience in a microfinance financial institution. Preference will be given to those who have passed Proficiency Certificate Level or Plus Two. Willingness to work in rural areas is a must.

Note:

1) Age Limit: The candidate must have a minimum age of 18 years old and a maximum age of 40 years old. However, in the case of female candidates, the upper age limit will be five years higher than the minimum age requirement.

2) Type of Examination: Those shortlisted will be selected through interviews.

3) Salary Allowance and Facilities: As per financial institution rules.

4) Special Preference: Preference will be given to persons with good knowledge of computers (Word,Excel, Email, Internet) and motorcycle licenses.

5) Place of submission of application: Application with a recent passport-size photograph taken at the central office of Manushi Microfinance Financial Institution Limited or manushi.hr@gmail.com, a copy of your biodata, a copy of citizenship certificate, educational qualification, and work experience as required.

6) In case of leave on the last day of application, itcan be submitted the next day.

7) Expired or undeveloped applications will automatically be cancelled. Only the candidates on the shortlist will be invited for the interview and all therights related to selection, suspension, cancellation, and selection will be vested in the financial institution.
