Position Summary:
We are searching for a ‘Senior HR Officer’ (Corporate Position – Management Trainee)with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The position holder is expected to have knowledge regarding HR related legislation and good insight to the HR process.
The position holder should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and should possess remarkable people management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.
The position holder will be responsible for HR related tasks and should contribute to make company a better place to work. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to the supervisor.
This position reports directly to the Head – Finance and Planning Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Duties and Responsibilities of Senior HR Officer include the following:
- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and systems regarding HR processes;
- Assist in preparation and updation of SOPs, Policies, Bylaws, JD (Job Description), Employee Manual, Company Manual etc.
- Assist in developing best HR policies and procedures;
- Actively involve in recruitment process by preparing Job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process;
- Assist effectively in Employee onboarding process;
- Support in conducting Training Programsfor employees;
- Assist in Performance Evaluationprocesses;
- Support the management in resolving disciplinary and grievance issues;
- Update and review the records in HR software regarding Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Provident Fund, CIT, TDS etc.;
- Assist in payroll processing and payroll disbursement;
- Actively involve in Full & Final Settlement Process and preparation of Full & Final computation, Experience letter, clearance letter etc.
- Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of all documents related to employee in digital format and physically;
- Ensure meticulous implementation of policies regarding variable pay and other benefits to employees;
- Ensure statutory compliance related to employment and Human Resource applicable to the organization;
- Communicate with the team members about the issues/activities impacting their performance;
- Ensure that all team members are organized and satisfied in their work environment; •
- Any other work assigned by senior officials;
Education and Experiences
- MBA or equivalent.
- Fresher or with relevant work experience
- Age not exceeding 28 years.

Position Summary:
We are searching for a senior research associate to assist investment management team in regard to the investment decision. Being at this position you will assist the Company’s investment management team in critical evaluation of potential equity investments. Senior Research Associate must do the brunt of the valuation and sensitivity analysis work on their own. Other aspects of research associate work involve producing financial models, evaluating public information, and gathering any other available forms of data. You should have problem-solving expertise and a broad knowledge of the stock market to successfully interpret data into meaningful recommendations in regard to buying or selling certain equity investments.
This position reports directly to the Head – Research and Product Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of a Senior Research Associate includes the following:
- Research securities of target industries and companies to provide investment recommendations.
- Manage, guide, and lead the sub-ordinate and ensure the timely completion of their tasks.
- Assist in and/or prepare the Reports such as Equity Research Report, Monthly Garima Insights, etc.
- Perform the fundamental and technical analysis of companies/markets including the financial modeling, valuation of companies and/or scrips.
- Directly participate in designing and developing the PMS products and Mutual Funds schemes of the company.
- Participate in the preparation of various risks analysis and its reports including the modeling of the same.
- Analyze company-specific, industry and macro-economic information from various sources, including regulatory filings, company investor relations websites, third-party research, online sources, newspapers, books, databases, etc., and from speaking with management teams and industry experts.
- Timely communicate about the market events, companies’ events, announcements, developments etc.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings and current events.
- Assist the supervisor in the attendance of the programs, seminars and training sessions.
- Conduct primary research from industry sources.
- Develop business relationship with the market participants to identify the opportunities and risks presented by the market.
- Attend the daily and weekly meetings of the Department and share the market analysis and outlook.
- Evaluate potential equity investments opportunities.
- Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
- Maintain proper and secured documentation of used/collected data and information for future use purpose.
- Any other work assigned by senior officials.
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA or equivalent. Degree with at least first division or CGPA of 3.30 or above on scale of 4.
- Age not exceeding 32 years.
*For Junior Officer: At least 2 years work experience in capital market of Nepal.
