Job Description
- Maintain enterprise clients list properly
- Issue credit invoice and deliver it to the concerned clients
- Follow up for payment regularly
- Payment collection from client premises
- Collect/delivery of documents to client as per required
- Make entry of income in E-bill system
- Coordinate with all concerned regarding billing and collection
- Provide reports regarding billing/collection/income at required times
- Balance statement/ TDS/ VDS verification
- Need to visit customer end as required.
- Handle other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Job Specification
- Experience in related field at least one year
- Good speaking manner and listening skill
- Must be interested to deal with customers.
- Should have good communications skill.
- Bachelors running or completed.
