✅ General Requirements

🎓 Education

Bachelor's Degree required.

Master’s Degree preferred (especially for Officer Level roles).

💼 Experience

Branch Manager: Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in branch management within a development or commercial bank.

Relationship Officer/Manager: Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience in development/commercial banking.

(Experience in relevant roles and the local area is strongly preferred.)

🎂 Age Limit

Officer Level: Below 40 years

Assistant Level: Below 35 years
